I have dedicated my life to serving others from a young age.

Beginning as an Eagle Scout, then as an Infantryman assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division, moving into the world of First Responders as a Firefighter, 911 Paramedic, Critical Care and Flight Paramedic, ending my career as an educator and expert in my craft.

As a Mortgage Advisor with First Home Equity Loans, I continue to serve the public, helping those wishing to buy a home with the same drive towards excellence I demonstrated in my prior endeavors.

And how is this serving the community? Home ownership is more than providing shelter for the ones you love. It brings emotional and financial stability to your family as well as your community. Studies have shown areas where homeownership is more prevalent than rentals, crime rates are lower, graduation rates are higher, and families’ net worth’s are increased.

Megan joined United Home Loan Services, Inc. in 2016 as a loan processor and became a licensed loan originator in 2018. Before joining United, she worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years; she spent this time planning and executing high-end private events and weddings for The Cliffs.

Megan prides herself on helping her clients and agents work through the loan process with the utmost care, honesty, and compassion. She is passionate about working with all types of borrowers and enjoys the challenge of problem-solving for borrowers to achieve homeownership.

Megan is originally from Florida and has been a Greenville, South Carolina, resident for thirty years. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and Great Dane, Luka.
